Padstow, Cornwall - Travelling by Car

The routes detailed below all direct you from Junction 30 (Exeter services) near the end of the M5 Motorway. You should decide which route to take dependent on whether you want the more direct route or whether you want to avoid narrow roads. We suggest that you check with motoring organizations such as the AA and listen to traffic reports before and during your journey to ensure that you take the best route on the day you are travelling.

Route 1a - A30 & Bodmin bypass: (this route includes a 5 mile section of narrow road - single track in places).
