(Sections not included: AA, AB, AC, AD, AE, AG, BB, O & Q). 3,488 acres; 5.5 square miles; 21 1/2 miles of boundary; over 67 miles of roads. 3, 000+ year-round residents. There are presently 1270+ dwellings, with others under construction and about 3,690 lot owners. Located in Carroll Valley are two real estate offices, two banks, three restaurants, a ski area (with swimming pool for summer use), an 18-hole golf course, and a municipal park with a pavilion and picnic facilities for large and small groups, a baseball diamond and an outdoor basketball court.
