Riviera Zushi Marina, situated on the tranquil shores of Sagami Bay in Kanagawa Prefecture, first opened its gates in 1994 as a flagship facility under the Riviera Yacht Club brand. Strategically located just south of Tokyo, this waterfront complex was conceived to blend modern marina engineering with the scenic beauty of the Shōnan coastline. The marina’s breakwater-protected basin spans approximately 50,000 square meters, featuring three primary piers that accommodate up to 460 berths—ranging from compact 8-meter slips to expansive 20-meter superyacht moorings. Advanced tidal-control gates maintain a stable water level year-round, optimizing “Zushi Marina boating” conditions even during spring tides.
