Kenosha History

Kenosha is a city in the southeastern part of the state of Wisconsin, United States. It is situated on the shore of Lake Michigan and has a rich history that dates back to the early 19th century.

The area that is now Kenosha was first settled by Native American tribes, including the Potawatomi, Menominee, and Ojibwe. In the early 1800s, European-American settlers arrived in the area and began to establish farms and businesses.
