The Lake Brantley Multi-Purpose Complex is located on the campus of Lake Brantley High School, and consists of a fifty meter competitive pool with a diving well, 2 one meter and 2 three meter diving boards, plus a shallow area for swimming instruction and moveable bulkheads for multiple usage at the same time.
This east Altamonte complex, located off Longwood Avenue, maintains 3 lighted tennis courts as well as four (4)-4 wall indoor air-conditioned handball/racquetball courts, in addition there are 2 lighted 3 wall outdoor courts for racket sports enthusiasts. Two youth courts offer basketball fans the opportunity to perfect their favorite moves, while springtime sees extensive use of Eastmonte's six baseball fields (two regulation and four youth baseball fields). Program directors supervise seasonal league formation, affording the amateur sports person a chance at team competition.
Just off Jamestown Boulevard, the Merrill Recreation Facility has three championship softball diamonds with state of the art field lighting and electronic scoreboards. Merril Recreation Center has been the home of regional and national tournaments. Tournaments take place twenty-six weekends a year.
Located on Spring Oaks Boulevard, Westmonte Recreation Center offers programs similar to those at Eastmonte. Tennis, racquetball, co-ed softball, and basketball are played at this facility. Additionally, though, Westmonte Center boasts a 25 meter pool where swimming lessons, scuba classes and lap swimming are held. Summertime open swim accommodates the water sport patron.
