Benicia is located in the southernmost section of Solano County, overlooking the Carquinez Strait, which connects the San Francisco Bay to the Sacramento Delta. The city is home to a deep-water port, a refinery, a charming downtown, and seven million square feet of industrial/commercial space for business.
