Historic town of Benicia

Benicia is located in the southernmost section of Solano County, overlooking the Carquinez Strait, which connects the San Francisco Bay to the Sacramento Delta. The city is home to a deep-water port, a refinery, a charming downtown, and seven million square feet of industrial/commercial space for business. The community is known for its history, small town atmosphere, waterfront location on San Francisco Bay and excellent quality of life. For many types of businesses, Benicia's license fees, monthly commercial/industrial rents, and even labor costs are below that of comparable communities in Contra Costa County and the rest of the Bay Area.
