In the middle of the Florida Keys

The marina, with a depth of 5½ feet at mean low tide, provides overnight dockage for vessels up to 60 feet in length and 24 feet in width. With the restaurant and additional facilities adjacent, the location is ideal for visitors to the Island. Currently there is no live-aboard permit.

The open ocean, gulf and shallow bay waters surrounding the subtropical Florida Keys provide the perfect environment for what we think is the best sport fishing in the world. The islands in the archipelago reaching from Key Largo, just south of the city of Miami, to Key West, 106 miles down the chain, are linked by the famous Overseas Highway. North of the Upper Keys is the shallow Florida Bay. North of the Lower Keys is the Gulf of Mexico. Running parallel to the island chain, about 3-5 miles off shore, is the only living coral reef system in the continental United States. Inside the reef is Hawk’s Channel. Outside the reef is the deep, beautiful open ocean of the Florida Straits.

Depending on the season and whether you are fishing the reef, the wrecks, the back county flats or going offshore, you will find and abundance of game fish here: sailfish, marlin, dolphin, tuna, cobia, shark, tarpon, and king fish as well as snapper, grouper and yellowtail. Whether you are experienced anglers or just want to see what the excitement is all about, let the Main Attraction Fishing Team take you there. We think you will not find a more experienced, harder working and more professional fishing team anywhere. We have years of experience fishing the Keys.

If entering Marathon from Miami, turn left at the second traffic light onto Sadowski Causeway. If entering Marathon from Key West, proceed through Marathon, cross the Vaca Cut Bridge, and turn right at the third light onto Sadowski Causeway. We fish almost every day, so please book your trip as soon as possible. About live bait - We are a live bait specialist. From October through April, it is essential to catch fresh live bait. Unlike other boats, we catch our own bait before we take you out fishing. Most charter boats spend hours of your fishing time catching fresh bait. To do this, we leave the dock at 5am each monring on our bait boat to catch the fresh bait we will need for the day. This may at times delay your departure for a few minutes, but we feel strongly that we would rather delay departure for a half hour than spend several hours of your time catching bait.

We run half, three-quarter, and all day charters. We also run overnight trips, Tortugas trips at $1,000 per day and can add snorkeling or a sunset cruise to your day anytime. We also do weddings and funerals. Bait and tackle are of course included in your charter, and one of our highly experienced mates will be there to rig and set out the lines, explain everything to the novice anglers on board, be your coach and advisor as you reel in your catch, and boat the fish when it’s time. Coolers are available. Rates are discounted during the off-season months of September, October and November.

Charming plantation resort with screen porches. Tall waving coconut palms surround our waterfront pool and south seas lagoon. Launch your own boat at our ramp and enjoy complimentary hot coffee right at the dock where you tie up. Leave your boat in its own slip until you are ready for a day of world class fishing in either the gulf or ocean. The sunset is reserved for fish cleaning, telling tales on the dock, cooking your own fish on our grill and relaxing! Enchanting Key West is only a beautiful 50 mile waterside drive away.
