The SeaWatch Conference and Entertainment Center opened on New Year’s Eve, the building celebrated both the start of the new year its grand opening with a New Year’s Eve Extravaganza. The party and the building were both a huge hit with guests. This new facility is so versatile meetings, special events, family reunions, the SeaWatch building and the Holiday Inn SunSpree team can handle all your group needs. Located on the top floor of the SeaWatch is the SunSet Lounge. This floor is home to an upscale martini lounge but can be rented out for private functions. Featuring breath taking views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico with three 42' HD LED screens and four 50' LED screens showing all your favorite sports, there’s so much to enjoy. The SunSet Lounge also has the flexibility to be set up in whatever style suites your function.
