From a museum celebrating the famous Western novelist Zane Grey, To Grey Towers, home of Conservationist Giford Pinchot, you'll find a fascinating collection of places to explore the past, auto, glass, train, fishing, Indian, museums, even a historial farm. For a special treat visit one of the Poconos charming Victorian towns, including Jim Thorpe, Hawley, Milford, and Honesdale, PA.

For anyone interested in discovering a new artist, the Pocono Mountains are home to a growing number of art galleries and arts and crafts events. Music lovers will find a surprising selection of music festivals and concerts to chose from throughout the year, from classical to jazz, to blues and more. The resorts and nightspots in the Poconos also offer a variety of entertainment, from comedy acts, to dancing, and top billed nightclub entertainers. Fall is fabulous in the Pocono Mountains. Here you'll find three different zones of color. To help you catch the foliage at its peak of color, which provides weekly updates on where the leaves are at their spectacular best, from early September, through the end of October. Savor fall's breathtaking foliage in the Poconos with a leisurely horseback ride, afternoon hike, or a chairlift ride at one of our many ski areas. Bring some friends to a country fair, hot air balloon, lumberjack, arts, or crafts festival, Oktoberfest, or fair, or get in some whitewater rafting during a fall dam release. Fall is also an excellent time to go fishing, boating, or get in that last round of golf.

The Pocono Mountains have exciting attractions, recreational activities and educational opportunities year-round. There are outdoor adventures like white water rafting, skiing or golf.
